Username:Dannoirl Age:15 Position Wanted:Moderator Previous Experience:I own two Role Playing sites right now and love zombies. (sorry random)
Qualities:I can run a site and I can Role Play so what else would you need? Ans:flying monkeys!!
What could you do on the site?:Im very active (im on every day for at least an hour) and I can work hard for the site.
Why should I pick you?:I have a sense of humor (Flying monkeys) Im extremly active and I will work really hard.
Roleplaying sample:The Don Lucania had himself hidden under a bowler hat and a black trench coat. "Keep it runnin'," he told the driver of his Cadillac. "I might wanna get outa here pretty fast if Locka's guys happen by."
Grunting, he moved lethargically out of the car and into the diner. I'm gettin' too old for this, he thought bitterly as he straightened his coat. After being seated, he nonchalently looked over the menu. "How's the Italian food in dis joint?" he asked the bartender a few feet away. "The veal's the best in the city," the bartender promised. Nodding a reply, Adriano put down the menu and took a survey of his surroundings. A few couples, a group of surprisingly quiet teenagers... and what's this? A pretty girl, about college-age, sitting and eating a small salad by herself near the edge of the restaurant. She looks like Angela, my daughter, when she was her age. Intrigued, the Don thought of going up to her and introducing himself, but he held back. She'll probably think she's gettin' hit on by a fifty-year-old man.
Random fun act about yourself:As you can see I like flying monkeys blue pigs and yellow dogs. Sometimes I can be very random and say funny things. Imagine a red banana muffin. . .

Username: coocoo Nickname: Coocoo, CC Age: 13 Gender: Female Desired Position: Journalist Experience: It's been a while, but I've been a Mod. on various sites. I was a long-time member on 600 Feet Below. I've created many sites, so I have experience with Proboards. Qualities: I'm very active. That's probably the biggest one. I'm quite organized and like to have things just right. I also kind of hate not finishing things on time and disappointing people. Why: Because I'm pretty good with people and quite to-the-point. I like fixing things and helping people out. I also hate spam and try to keep people in line. Roleplaying sample: Fangtip felt her eyebrows rise up when the human—Paradox—said she would like a companion. She certainly hadn’t been expecting that. In fact, far from it. She had been suspecting Paradox would simply refuse and ask for directions, and the human would be out of her life forever. Simple as that. Nothing else to it. But apparently that wasn’t the case. Paradox needed guidance. Fangtip could provide that. Paradox wasn’t really that special… Fangtip could simply deny she had said she would accompany her… but somehow that didn’t feel right. And, she realized with a bit of surprise, she didn’t mind bringing Paradox to the Waterway. What should she? The human had done nothing to suggest harm or she didn’t appear threatening. And Fangtip thought that maybe it would be a good thing. Maybe it would be nice to be around people for a change. After all, she hadn’t said much to anyone for months, years even. Interacting was a good thing. Oh, how many times did she have to remind herself that?! And Paradox mentioned something else after a couple minutes pause. “Do the names Flashstrike and Pearltooth mean anything to you?” she asked. Fangtip thought for a moment. She didn’t want to answer no without thinking it through thoroughly. Paradox deserved some graciousness on Fangtip’s part, she supposed. Flashstrike and Pearltooth… no, she couldn’t say she had ever heard about them… There was Flashspice… and Grindtooth… but for an odd reason Fangtip was reluctant to tell Paradox that no, she didn’t know these gnawers. But it wasn’t necessarily the fact that the girl seemed so desperate… There was a feeling in the pit of her stomach that told her not to say that, that she did know them. But she didn’t! She hadn’t heard of them… had she? Wait she had… Pearltooth… She knew that gnawer! It wasn’t a very prominent memory, but she could remember the gnawer well. Hadn’t they been friends for a couple of months. How very long ago that seemed! It must have been when she was very young, before she had a mate. In fact, her memory was from when that was announced…
“Come on, Pearltooth!” Fangtip had said. She was trying to be polite and nice. Usually she was open with this gnawer, but she wasn’t right now. Pearltooth had been closed-off lately. The older gnawer was being more mature now that she would have a mate. She wouldn’t even go to play tag and hide-and-seek with their friends. Fangtip was convinced she should just leave altogether. But Pearltooth didn’t reply. She must have been dwelling in her thoughts. Strange. She was usually nice and polite and straight-forward. Not blunt or mean. And ignoring Fangtip was unheard of! Fangtip herself sighed and then frowned. What’s the gnawer’s name, anyways? You haven’t told me, Pearl.” It was true, Pearltooth hadn’t told Fangtip… someone else had. Wildclaw. Apparently he had over-heard her family talking about it. Some gnawer called Flashstrike. Fangtip wondered why she had even brought up the subject. Perhaps to get Pearltooth to talk. It worked. “His name is Flashstrike..” she said happily. So she liked Flashstrike. She was content. She was going to go have a mate, and have pups, and then forget about Fangtip! Well, great! Just fine. She could deal.
Well, it wasn’t a very good memory… but still. She had to answer Paradox. And there were better ones, weren’t there? She had been very good friends with Pearltooth at one point. Truly. They had met once in the Tunnels, just ran into each other. Fangtip had trouble recalling those memories, she could remember anger better. Maybe that’s why she was so depressed. But it was fine, because she knew that there was a time when she had been happy. When she was little, for six months, in fact. How nice it had been then… But it wasn’t the time to remember now. Other things were to happen now. The time for memories was fading… “Yes…I have met Pearltooth before…That was a very long time ago, mind you. Is there any reason you ask, Paradox?” Now that she had asked Paradox about the reason, she really wondered what it was. Did Paradox know Pearltooth well? Did she visit the gnawer sometimes? How was Pearltooth…? Fangtip realized she actually did miss the gnawer, despite their last meeting that day when she had wanted to play tag. She was a kind friend, really. One the Fangtip missed dearly. Almost as bad as Wildclaw, she thought. “How is…Do you know her, Paradox? How is she?” Fangtip tried to hide how bad she missed the gnawer, but couldn’t. Pearltooth was special… just like the girl standing in front of her. But how special both of them were was yet to be determined.
When the door opened, Nianna looked over curiously. A girl, probably around fourteen, had walked in. Her hair was the normal silver-white of the humans, but she was smaller than most of the ones Nianna had met. She was very clean and had the normal violet eyes—Nianna could see nothing special about this new arrival. But she instantly went over to a table, sat down, and picked up a piece of parchment Nianna had just seen fall to the ground from where it sat on the shelves. Oh well. Nianna went back to her work, a bit bothered by how solemn everyone was. It was boring…she really wished she had never decided to go into this wing. The stuffy air was unbearable and Nianna thought she was about the die because of the stench of dried up ink and food. It was a terrible combination. The girl was working intently, and Trigonian was working hard too. Change this letter… no, try that… perhaps this would work… She could see this when she looked over his shoulder as discretely as possible. Then the girl announced she may have found something. Trigonian was over there in a moment, looking over her shoulder to see what she had gotten. Nianna scurried over too… She was not going to miss out on the action! She could see the letters written down, it appeared somewhat hastily:
CSSCBJ
Written below that, an actual word was written next to other attempts, a bit larger:
ATTACK
A breakthrough! Trigonian announced that he thought she had found something, and went back to his work place to work with what she had. All was silent for a few moments. Not a sound… And then Trigonian triumphantly announced: “The Code! The Code! It had been cracked!” Things went crazy. Nianna herself was giddy. She ran into the gnawer room, spinner room, crawler room, every room announcing the great news even if there weren’t any occupants. She took a scrolls of paper she had just stacked and threw them into the air, joyously crying out. Tears of happiness rolled down her cheeks; the code had been cracked! And she had seen the codebreakers crack it! Oh, how wonderful! She was so pleased. She wondered what she should do. “Trigonian!” she called, “What do you want me to do?” But she didn’t wait for an answer. She flew out the room, and into the hallways. She ran down corridors upon corridors… on instinct. She was sure Queen Luxa was in the war room. Well, she hoped. Finally she made it. She let the door swing open and ran straight into the room, wishing to cry out. But she refrained from doing so until she had made it past the guards and reached the standing-point of Queen Luxa. “Queen Luxa,” she whispered, “the Code has been cracked.”
Sorry, I couldn't decided which one I liked more. Nianna is a long-time favorite char of mine...
Additional Comments: Cool site. (No, I swear I'm not a suck-up! Just excited!)
I also wouldn't mind being a Mod. or Librarian, just personally thought I'd be better as a Journalist.
Oh, and that my favorite characters are Zuko, Azula, Toph, and Sokka. Just felt like mentioning that.

Username: rizzo13 Nickname: Rizz or Rizzo Age: Gender: Male Desired Position: Journalist Experience: Well, I am kind of a grammar nazi and a spelling freak! LOL! I have been a staff member on many sites before and have always been commented on by being "extremely critical" or "grammatically insane" which, I guess, is required for this position! Qualities: I am a very hard worker I am usually active I can be nice or mean (whichever fits the bill) I have a good personality unless I am angry (which is unusual) And .... Well .... I like Avatar! I loved it as a younger kid. Why: Well, all my reasons above and because I think that we have had a lot of experience together and I would like to say that we are friends. Roleplaying sample: Storm walked along the pond's edge as he scanned the water for a sign of fish, a sign for food, a sign for survival. After not finding any specific spot that was good today he decided just to sit down on the bank with his fishing pole and wait. The line remained untouched for what seemed like forever before he got up from his spot and moved to another.
Storm found what seemed like a good spot after about 10 minutes and once again waited for a bite or even a nibble. He was wearing a brown t-shirt and jeans along with some boots as he fished. Storm was raised being patient so this slow day didn't trouble him the least bit.
Storm began to think randomly about some things that he had never been able to do. Find love, go to another district, learn how to cook, have a week off of no work. Those things seemed so far away from his life that they seemed hopeless and they had no use of thinking about. Storm used to have dreams about love but it never found him. He would have dreams about meeting a girl and just as he turned her around he wouldn't be able to see her face.
As Storm was thinking he got a bite on the line and was jerked back to reality. He fought for a while but eventually reeled ina fairly nice bass. Nothing special but it would put dinner on the table. He put it on a chain he had set down and just decided to spend the rest of the day relaxing by the water, waiting for something to happen. To meet someone or anything. Anything at all. Additional Comments: Nah. Just ... HI!

Username: ninisghost (Rui) Nickname: Rui is fine. Age: 14 Gender: Female Desired Position: Librarian Experience: I am the moderator on two sites, part of the staff on Advertising City, and I am the main administrator on The Wolf Den. I am also an active member on SSS Warrior Cats. Qualities: I am very strict with grammar, (don't know if that's part of the rules for character creation). I love English, and am pretty good with it as well. I'm not perfect at keeping things in order, but I'm not bad at either. Who's perfect? When I want a position, I stick to it. Why: I love to direct people and help them make their qualifications neater and better organized. After all, it will help them later on in life. Plus, I'm easy to get along with. Roleplaying sample: Wolfstar lies on the giant rock in the middle of the clearing basking in the sunlight.
Wolfstar: "Things are brightening now that leaf-bare is coming to an end. We have a new deputy, and soon the entire clan shall fall together perfectly."
She smiles to herself.
Wolfstar: "This clan will flourish! I can feel it!"
The leader continues to relax there as the moon becomes visible. She looks up.
Wolfstar: "Almost time to hunt!" Additional Comments: That rp sample was from SSS Warrior Cats Btw.

Username: skylar Nickname: Sky Age: 13 Gender: Male Desired Position: Librarian Experience: As a member on various sites, a few of the sites have been nice enough to allow them to let me be staff. In my opinion, Outbreak: A Zombie RPG is who I credit the most, considering they have made me Global Moderator along as Head Advertiser.
Despite the staff experience I already have, I also have experience in coding, considering how much coding has recently wentinto my posts. If I were to become librarian, I would more than likely know how to code mainly everything that needs coding, including the character directory. Qualities: I am quite friendly, and I attempt to enforce the rules to the best of my ability, although, I have had my share of mistakes, I understand that people make mistakes, and sometimes just need a break. I am also a people pleaser, as I try to entertain people, and make them laugh. Why: I believe that you should pick me over the other entries do to the fact that I am willing and will do whatever is needed as quick as possible, and I won't procrastrinate. Plus, I believe that I need the training, and this would be an excellent site to train on. Roleplaying sample: Traveling down the long, winding, elaborate stairwell down to the depths of Hogwarts, Skylar's hair felt like it had frozen. He had just taken a bath, and his hair was still damp, but he didn't know if the atmosphere had a low enough temperature to allow his hair to freeze, or at least frost. Reaching his hand up to see if his hair had stiffened or not, he was surprised to find that his hair hadn't stiffened at all. His mind filled with thoughts of people playing tricks on him, and things around that nature, but he figured that the atmosphere surrounding him gave the effect on his head.
Stepping down the last step and on to the Dungeon floor, he let out a sigh of relief to know that he hadn't fell down any of the steps as his shoots were slippery from stepping on to somebody casting the 'Aguamenti' spell at the floor. Skylar had an idea that the person casting the spell was someone trying to humiliate Skylar, but knowing that the person was disliked my many people, it didn't even cross his mind that someone like him would be able to ruin someone's reputation of a person like himself and his caliber.
Scoffing at a passing by Slytherin, Skylar was twenty or so steps from the Potions classroom. He was excited to know what himself and others would be making that day, but he wasn't excited to sit through the class and listen to the teacher's instructions. Although, if the rumors of Sir Lawrence Drake taking Dergion's spot, he figured that he could endure it. Reaching the classroom door, he stepped in.
Finding an empty seat on the right side of the room, he traveled towards it and sat his books down. Barely anybody had entered the classroom, and the class' starting time was nearing, so he thought that the members of the class would be kept to about 4-6 students.
Observing the members around the room, he noticed two of the girls that also attended his Transiguration class. One, in which he didn't know the name to yet, but still knew she was a second year Gryffindor, and Stacia Monroe, a fourth year Slytherin girl, in which Skylar disliked. Suddenly, he noticed that he had forgotten to even look at who was teaching the class, so he looked to the front of the room to find Sir Lawrence Drake standing there. Skylar sighed and Drake's voice filled the room around him.
Professor Drake spoke of the origin of Potions, explaining that it was attempts demonstrated by Warlocks at trying to succeed at Alchemy. The rest of what Professor Drake had said went through one ear and out the other, until Drake got to the instructions in which he had written on the bard that was also located at the front of the room. They obviously were going to make a solution to hiccups, so Skylar wasn't intimidated at the assignment, considering he had once made it due to the 2 day long case of hiccups he had once acquired.
Skylar rose from his seat and approched the ingredients covered, first getting the water, newt eyes, and fly wings, then getting the rest of the ingredients as he went up to the cupboard for a second time. After doing so, he went to the utensils dawer and drew out a knife and a ladle, that was meant to be used to draw out the willow root.
Sitting down at his seat again, Skylar did the things that were necessary in order to make the ingredients ready for brewing. Sitting the pot for brewing on the burner that was built in to the table, he quietly took out his wand and used 'Incendio' to set the burner ablaze. Dumping the water into the pot, he sat and waited for the water to come to a boil. Considering the large amount of water being applied, he figured that the time that the water came to a boil, would be enough tme for him to fully observe his new surroundings.
The room wasn't very large, but it contained many wires and beakers that contained liquid and gases, some of them bubbling, while others sat as still as a rock in a desert. The classroom had about 10 tables total, and each table sat 2 people, so based on the maximum amount of seats available in the class, Skylar knew that this class would be one of the smallest in Hogwarts. The sound of water dripping to the burner and sizzling to its gassy death lead to the conclusion that his water had came to a boil.
Focusing back on his assignment, Skylar quickly diced up his willow root, smashed the frog liver with the side of his knife, and dumped the newt eyes, fly wings, and frog liver into the pot. The smell filled Skylar's nose, and it wasn't one of the most pleasant smells that e had ever took in, that was for sure.
Despite the smell, he knew that his potion was coming along well. The potion turned a grayish color, which lead to the assumption that all of his ingredients that he had added to his potion had been to the right proportion and he had added the right amount of each to the pot of boiling water.
Stirring the mixture as directed, his hands heated up and the minute of stirring was over, he added the willow root and the grey water had turned even more white, except there was just a hint of pink in the mixture, but Skylar knew that the beetle juice would aid that and eliminate it.
After the five minutes more of simmering had finished, he shot a quick spout of water from his wand using 'Aguamenti' and added the beetle juice, and, as expected, the mixture turned a perfect after he had rid the willow root. He handed himself the vial and gently dipped it into the, still simmering, mixture and it filled with the liquid. After screwing the black cap back on to the vial. He got up from his seat and approached Professor Drake's desk.
"Um, Professor Drake, I completed my potion, first try. It's quite the mixture if I might add, considering that it is as white as snow." Skylar's mouth widened, showing his gleaming teeth as he sort of boasted at his accomplishment.
Skylar turned back around and noticed that the second year and Stacia were conversing. He felt the urge to go talk to them, but something resisted his doing it, so instead, he sat in his seat and leaned back against the wall, with his ears wide open.
They spoke about each other's potions, and te 2nd years suddenly jumped for joy, literally, as her potion had did as it was supposed to do. Her hands clapped furiously together as she squealed about it to Stacia. And surprisingly, Stacia didn't seem to get angry at it. After both Stacia and the 2nd year had turned in their vials, they traveled over to a small boy that wasn't very much younger than Skylar, but his stature was quite small.
The boy worked furiously at his table, working hard as he tried to accomplish the task, and Skylar's eyes drew to his hands as he did the same thing that Skylar himself had did to grind the frog liver to a pulp.
Skylar didn't know a reason why he shouldn't join the others in conversing, because a matter of fact, his reputation would not be improved if he were known as the loner in Potions class.
Quickly getting up from his seat, Skylar traveled to the 2nd year student and tapped on herr right shoulder.
"Hello, I saw that your potion worked out splendidly." Skylar laughed as he remembered the girl squealing as she accomplished the feat. "It was cool to see someone so excited over getting a potion correct, Anyway, aside from that, my name is Skylar. What's yours?" Skylar asked with curious intentions. Additional Comments: Thank you for reading through this application, I wish luck to all entrants.
